Your privacy
This page is a plain statement of what the sign-up form collects.
- What we collect: the email address you type into the form, the time, the page you joined from, and which of two prices the page showed you. Two cookies (pt_sid, pt_arm, 30 days) keep the price you saw the same on every visit; nothing else is stored in them.
- Also recorded with the sign-up: your browser's user-agent string (browser and device type), the country Cloudflare reports for your connection, a random session id, and the link tag you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign: which channel and post sent you).
- Without signing up: when a page first shows you a price it records one row with the session id, the price shown, the page you came from, the link tag you arrived with (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the browser string and the country. No email or name is in that row. We use it only to count how many visitors saw each price.
- Your IP address: used only to limit sign-up tries to five a minute; it is held for 60 seconds and then discarded.
- Why: to open your place and tell you once when it is ready. Nothing else.
- Where it lives: in Cloudflare storage controlled by Starfelt. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
- Each page you open: one visit row records the address of the page, the link tag (utm_source and utm_campaign), the site that linked you, your country, and whether the visit came from Starfelt's own test browsers. That mark comes from an own_traffic cookie (365 days) that only our own team's browsers carry, so we can leave our own visits out of the counts; visitors never receive it. No IP or full browser string is in the row. Your sign-up stays until you ask to leave. Visit and sign-up event rows are kept by Cloudflare Analytics Engine for three months, then deleted.
- How to leave: reply to any email we send, or write to hello@starfelt.ai; the address is deleted.
A one-way code made from the network address is kept for 30 days so each connection gets one free reading; it is never linked to the readings.
Your Starfelt companion
When you use /app, we store your birth details, computed chart, questions and complete answers in Cloudflare storage. A secure sign-in cookie lasts 30 days. Your chart and recent conversation are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to answer your question. Email sign-in and access messages use Resend. If you buy 7 days of access, Stripe handles the payment; Starfelt does not store card details.
The console checks access automatically and records your first delivered answer using a hash of your email and its delivery time, without your birth details or conversation. Your conversation stays visible after your paid access ends. Your birth-place search runs locally in your browser.
